Ingredients of Kue Pisang
- You need 200 gr of gula pasir.
- You need 750 ml of santan kental.
- Prepare 1 bungkus of hunkwe.
- It's 1 lembar of daun pandan.
- Prepare 100 gr of sagu mutiara.
- You need 1/2 sendok teh of garam.
- It's Sejumput of vanilli bubuk.
- You need 5 mata of nangka, potong2.
- You need 2 buah of pisang tanduk, potong 1 cm, rebus.
Kue Pisang instructions
- Cuci bersih sagu mutiara, rebus hingga lunak. Tiriskan dan siram dg air dingin.
- Rebus 500 ml santan dg gula pasir, daun pandan, garam, vanilli, sisa 250 ml santan campur dg tepung hunkwe, aduk rata..
- Setelah santan mendidih, masukkan larutan hunkwe, aduk rata. Masak terus hingga mengental.
- Masukkan sagu mutiara dan nangka, aduk rata. Angkat.
- Taruh di pinggang..ratakan, kemudian letakkan irisan pisang diatasnya..dinginkan hingga mengeras.
